Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. powdered sugar plus extra for topping
    1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Use pastry blender to mix butter, 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour well.
    Pat into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
