Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Grease well a 10-inch tube pan.
Sprinkle lightly with flour. Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back lightly when touched. Serve with fruit in season or frost with lemon glaze.
