Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cook sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread when poured from a spoon.
Add peanuts, stirring continuously on medium heat until mixture turns light brown (peanuts will look cooked).
Remove from heat, add soda and stir well.
Pour on buttered cookie sheet. Cool.
Break into small pieces.
