Buckeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 block paraffin
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix the margarine, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla together in food processor, large mixer or mix by hand.
    Form into balls the size of buckeyes.
    Chill.
    Melt the chocolate chips, shortening and paraffin in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Insert toothpicks into the balls and dip into the chocolate, leaving a small area at the top plain to look like buckeyes.
    Place on waxed paper and refrigerate to set the chocolate.
