Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck or turkey
1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 can sweet corn
1 c. chopped cabbage
2 or 3 chopped potatoes
1 c. macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown the meat and onion together.
Drain fat.
Add the tomato juice and raw vegetables.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add macaroni and canned vegetables.
Cook another 10 or 15 minutes.
