Snow-Capped Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread butter on bottom of 1-quart casserole dish.
Top with mushrooms.
Spread green beans over mushrooms.
Sprinkle with salt and basil.
Spoon sour cream over top.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake 20 minutes or until mixture starts to bubble around edges.
Serve immediately.
