Ada'S Cajun Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. dry pinto beans
    1 lb. ham or ground turkey
    3 c. chopped onions
    1 bunch green onions
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 bay leaves
    1 lb. sausage (Eckrich)
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water; rinse and start cooking.
    Cook ham for a while, then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours or until beans are tender.
    Make Hot Water Cornbread and pig out!
