"Christmas Delight" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple
    2 large, fully ripe bananas
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add berries, stirring occasionally, until thawed.
    Add pineapple and bananas.
    Pour half of mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Spoon sour cream over chilled gelatin in an even layer.
    Pour remaining gelatin over and chill.
