Hot Chicken Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion (4 tsp. dehydrated)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
12 slices bread
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine chicken, onion, celery, pepper, salad dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
Grease 14 x 9-inch pan.
Place 6 slices of bread in pan.
Spread with mixture and top with 6 slices bread. Beat eggs and add to milk; pour over sandwiches.
Cover and chill overnight.
