Caramel Nut Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can evaporated milk
1 egg
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

In saucepan, heat and stir evaporated milk, egg, brown sugar and butter until bubbly and thick.
Chill until cold and thick. Beat in vanilla and coconut.
