Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. crab meat
1 raw egg, well beaten
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of red pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 slices toast, rolled into fine crumbs
pinch of thyme
1 small grated onion
2 pieces celery, chopped fine
1/4 bottle ketchup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in crab shells or a buttered casserole.
Sprinkle a few crumbs on top.
Dot with butter and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown (until it bubbles on top).
