Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add
    milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    (So simple even Jerry and Wayne could do it!)
