Bean Salad(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can wax beans
    1 can green beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large green pepper
    1 or 2 medium onions
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain beans and run water over them.
    Add sugar, oil, salt and pepper; also vinegar.
    Let marinate for at least 24 hours before using.
