Rosie'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 medium onions, thinly sliced
    4 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, in hot oil, brown chicken on all sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.
    Add bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water, onions and potatoes.
    Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, until tender.
    Serve with green beans.
