Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes, sliced
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. low-fat soy sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. butter
    dash of seasoning salt
    dash of lemon pepper
Preparation
    Heat up the grill.
    Place all ingredients on a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
    Fold it shut so nothing will escape, especially the juices.
    Place on the grill.
    Cook for about 20 minutes.
    You will have the most wonderful tasting veggie plate ever.
    Serve with grilled burgers or sirloin steak.
