White Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 oz. lemon extract
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. (4 c.) pecans
    8 oz. candied cherries
    8 oz. candied pineapple
Preparation
    Drag pecans, cherries and pineapple in flour.
    Set aside.
    Mix rest of ingredients until creamy.
    Add to pecan/fruit mixture. Place in an ungreased angel food cake pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
