Cherry-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 can Ready-Mix pie cherries
1 pie crust
nutmeg
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Turn cherries into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
Meanwhile, with electric mixer, beat cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs and then sour cream. Carefully, spoon mixture over cherries and bake 30 minutes more. When done, sprinkle with nutmeg.
