Jewish Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    2 c. coconut
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk
Preparation
    Cream 3/4 cup margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour and 3 tablespoons cocoa; mix well.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
