Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large peeled potatoes, cubed
    8 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2-inch chunk Velveeta, cut into small chunks
    milk (enough to barely cover potatoes)
Preparation
    Stir all together in a 2 1/2-quart ovensafe bowl. (Bowl should only be 3/4 full, so that potatoes don't boil over while baking.) Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Will be brown on top.
