Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and add flour and sugars.
Stir together, then add water and butter.
Blend well.
Add milk and cook until thick. Add vanilla.
Stir and cool.
Add sliced bananas and top with chopped salted nuts before serving.
(Warming the milk before adding cuts down on cooking time; this also works well to cook in the microwave.)
