Ratatouille - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good layer sliced eggplant, cut in 1/2
    1 good layer sliced zucchini, cut in 1/2
    1 green pepper, cut small
    1 medium onion, cut small
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder (plenty)
    Italian seasoning (a lot)
    3 medium tomatoes, cut small
Preparation
    Repeat layers.
    Drizzle over top 1/2 cup olive oil.
    Pour in 2 small cans tomato sauce.
    Bake covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Soup with leftover.
