Breakfast Pinwheels(Oatmeal Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 cups boiling water
    4 Tbsp shortening
    4 Tbsp sugar
    4 Tbsp molasses
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 pkg dry yeast
    1/2 cup lukewarm water
    6 cups flour
Preparation
    Add shortening, sugar, molasses and salt.
    Then yeast that has
    been dissolved in warm water. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms - knead on a floured board - let rise one hour. Punch down and shape into loaves.
    Let rise double in bulk.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
