Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced cooked chicken
    4 c. diced celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix whipped cream and mayonnaise.
    Add 1/3 mixture to salad ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce and top with remaining dressing.
    Serve immediately upon removal from refrigerator.
