Susan'S Thick And Juicy Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Simmer fruit and water for 5 minutes.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch well.
    Stir this dry mixture into the simmered fruit. Cook for a few minutes until thickened.
    Serve over ice cream (shortcake, angel food cake, etc.), warm or chilled.
