Grilled Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini squash, grated
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Squeeze excess moisture from squash.
    Place on heavy-duty foil.
    Dot with butter and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Seal foil and grill over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
