Stuff-It - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 green onions, chopped
1 medium white onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, cooked and chopped
1 egg
Preparation

Saute green onions, white onion and celery in butter.
Add crabmeat, stirring constantly.
Add bread crumbs, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Stir.
Add shrimp and beaten egg.
The egg holds the mixture together.
If too loose, add more bread crumbs.
Never cover the mixture.
This can be served in individual ramekins garnished with a lemon wedge or as an entree used as stuffing for shrimp or fish.
Freeze in patties and thaw as needed.
