Shrimp Creole(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. green onions (tops included)
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 c. flour
1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
2 c. tomatoes
salt
pepper
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
1 can condensed mushroom soup
rice
Preparation

Place oil in frypan; add onions and garlic.
Cook slowly until tender, but not brown.
Add flour, stirring until brown.
Add raw shrimp; saute until they turn pink.
Watch closely and stir.
Add parsley; cook a few minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces.
Add mushroom soup and cook about 20 minutes, or until shrimp is done.
Serve over rice.
