Ground Beef Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery, cut thin in 1-inch strips
    1/2 c. onions, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    4 c. cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and ground beef until brown.
    Drain.
    Mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water.
    Add soy sauce.
    Stir until thick and clear.
    Add cabbage, cover and cook 10 minutes or so.
    Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
