Fresh Fruit Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large orange, peeled and sliced
    3 c. cubed pineapple
    16 strawberries
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Cut orange slices in quarters.
    Arrange fruit in serving bowl. Combine sugar and coconut.
    Sprinkle over fruit.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Cover and chill for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
