Ingredients

1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 oz. coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine or butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix well. Add flour, milk, vanilla and coconut.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in greased Pyrex dish.
