Chocolate Chip-Mint Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 2/3 c. evaporated milk (four 13 oz. cans)
    1 1/2 c. grated milk chocolate
    1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs and continue to beat until stiff.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into can and freeze as directed.
