Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
approximately 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine all, except for Parmesan cheese.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
