Swiss Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (2 cans) French-style green beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter *
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. onion (optional)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. processed Swiss cheese
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter **
Preparation
    *Melt butter; stir in flour, etc.
    Cook until thick.
    Fold in beans.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour in buttered baking dish or casserole.
