Pretzel Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    salt (coarse)
Preparation
    Measure water into a large bowl.
    Sprinkle on yeast and stir until soft.
    Add salt, sugar and flour.
    Mix and knead dough. Roll and twist into desired shape.
    Place on a greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg and sprinkle with coarse salt (optional). Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
