Kansas City Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
    1 (4 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place brisket in shallow baking pan, about the same size as the meat.
    Sprinkle with liquid smoke.
    Pour water in pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven, about 2 hours.
    Do not cover while baking.
