Cherry Berries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Cover baking sheet with heavy brown paper. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
    Beat in 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Continue until stiff and glossy. Do not underbeat.
    Spoon in 5-inch circles.
    Use back of spoon to make indention.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn off oven; leave in oven another hour.
    Remove from oven; finish cooling away from draft.
    Store in Tupperware.
