Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 c. blueberries (cleaned)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in the milk and mix batter until smooth.
    Pour the melted butter or margarine into a 1 or 1 1/2-quart casserole baking dish. Pour in the batter and sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake the cobbler in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.
