Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, cut finely
5 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. butter
2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (3 oz. size)
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and boil for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry Jell-O until dissolved.
Pour into jars.
