Carrot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 or 3 c. grated carrots
    1 or 2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs together; add flour and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Stir in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into lightly greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
