Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. cooked cubed chicken (or more)
    1 2/3 c. cooked peas and carrots (one 10 oz. pkg. mixed frozen or 1/2 can each)
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy pan, blend in flour; cook over low heat until
    bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth and
    milk to
    flour mixture.
    Cook over low heat until thickened,
    stirring constantly.
    Add
    chicken,
    peas
    and
    carrot seasonings
    and eggs;
    heat
    well.
    Spoon
    into a 1 1/2 quart casserole
    dish. Cover with Flaky Pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
