Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
4 to 6 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. onion (optional)

Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger.
Place in 9 x 10-inch Pyrex dish. Mix meat, garlic, barbecue sauce and spread on bottom of pan. Sprinkle onion and cheese over.
Spread mashed potatoes and cover completely.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
