Gazpacho (Cold Soup)(Serving Size: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    4 ripe tomatoes, cut into eighths
    1/2 green pepper, seeded and sliced
    1/2 small onion, peeled and sliced
    1 slim cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. ice water
Preparation
    Put ingredients into a blender in order listed.
    Cover and blend on high speed for 5 to 10 seconds or until ingredients are finely chopped.
    Chill thoroughly, pour into serving bowls.
