Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Set in refrigerator until dough is easy to roll. Roll into 3 or 4 log shaped rolls about 6-inches long. Wrap in Saran Wrap or wax paper and let stand in refrigerator until cold enough to slice thin. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
