Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
small pinch of salt
1 1/4 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Mix together syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.
Add eggs to mixture.
Add pecans.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
