Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Sift flour into yeast and water. Make into a ball.
    Place on greased pan, grease top of bread also. Let rise about 30 minutes covered.
    Bake at 425 degree for 30 minutes.
    First 20 minutes on cookie sheet and last 10 minutes on bare oven rack in oven.
