Hot Tuna Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of salt
    few grains cayenne pepper
    2 or 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
    about 24 Melba toast rounds
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Drain tuna and flake finely.
    Mix with mayonnaise, catsup, vinegar, salt, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spoon mixture on the toast rounds.
    Place on a cookie sheet in a preheated boiler, about 3 to 4-inches from heat, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Garnish each with a tiny parsley sprig.
    Makes about 24 canapes.
