Pork Chops Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic
    10 loin pork chops
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine everything but pork chops. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
    Dip each chop into sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, until done.
    Pass sauce separately.
    Serves 5 or more.
