Veal Milanesse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal breasts
    flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    bread crumbs
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cover veal with flour; dip in eggs and cover with bread crumbs.
    Brown on both sides in oil, about 3 minutes on each side. Place in baking dish and cover all pieces with tomato sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until sauce starts to boil. Makes 4 servings.
