Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat egg yolks; combine with milk and butter.
Add to dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
Stir in berries, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake on hot, greased griddle.
Makes 12 pancakes.
