Easy Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Blend together flour and shortening, add buttermilk.
    Stir gently with fork until soft dough forms.
    Put on floured pastry cloth and knead gently.
    Pat to 1 inch thick.
    Place on greased pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
